Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from Australia using Australia Post.
Please ensure that the details provided at the checkout are accurate, as JEWELLERY FROM THE BENCH cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, and your item is returned to us, you must purchase another postage fee.

Order confirmation and tracking your order
You will receive an email confirming your order at the time of purchase. An email confirming shipment and tracking details will also be sent when your order has been dispatched. The product description contains an estimated timeframe from placing your order to shipment. On average delivery should take place within 14 days of purchase.
Once an order is shipped we are unable to make any changes to the order, delivery address or location. JEWELLERY FROM THE BENCH takes no liability for orders that are sent to the incorrect address due to customer error or delays experienced due to courier delivery times or international customs clearance.
Once you have received an email from JEWELLERY FROM THE BENCH confirming shipment, your item is subject to the terms and conditions of Australia Post. These terms and conditions can be accessed at https://auspost.com.au/terms-conditions. Once an order is shipped it is the customer's responsibility to track the delivery. If there are any issues with the delivery of the parcel JEWELLERY FROM THE BENCH will seek to rectify this with Australia Post and place an investigation for JEWELLERY FROM THE BENCH actions up to the parcel being dispatched.
JEWELLERY FROM THE BENCH is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery to the shipping address.

These charges differ by country and JEWELLERY FROM THE BENCH is not liable for any customs or clearance charges your shipment incurs. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover all customs related charges.

Custom authorities require that JEWELLERY FROM THE BENCH state the value of your order directly on your package.
JEWELLERY FROM THE BENCH is unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to JEWELLERY FROM THE BENCH due to a non-payment of customs or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, JEWELLERY FROM THE BENCH will charge you for the repeat postage.
